The Folkeliggjort Annual Meeting will take place at 17:30 on the 4th of March live on our Facebook Page and in person at Domus Juridica (Kristian Augusts gate 17, 0164 Oslo) room 3112 (or other suitable smaller room on the same floor). You will be able to vote both in person and in the comment field of the live broadcast.
Cases for the annual meeting are to be submitted by the 18th of February to radeeven@folkeliggjort.no. Complete agenda and documents will be available at least by the 25th of February. Updates to the agenda and documents will be made here on our website.

Several proposals for bylaw-changes were submitted, we go through them and vote on whether or not we want to implement them. The board recommends that these changes are adopted. Proposals can be found as proposed changes to the Folkeliggjort Bylaws Google Document. - Determine the lower limit for volunteer members’ popularizing work
Last year the yearly requirement was 10 hours. Those that don’t spend the time on our association or other activities that serve to meet our purpose can be asked to convert to a paid membership or forfeit their membership. This is a formal way for us to be able to remove non-paying members and keep costs down. This year the same 10 hours lower limit is proposed. - Determine dues

Board members and an auditor is elected. Any current or new member can apply in advance or during the meeting. The sitting board recommends the following members for the board:
